Depending on your small to medium business and what services/products you offer, this time during the pandemic is going to be challenging for all. There are a bunch of things you can do to continue to build loyalty and engage your customers while we all isolate and quarantine.
This is a great time to get a deeper understanding of your bills. Before you consider lay-offs or location closures, consider partnering with an expense reduction company to look at your bills and analyze them. Most of this can be done remotely. Most of these companies work on commission percentage based on the dollars they save you. consider connecting with one of these firms. You can google “expense reduction firms” and find a bunch. One I have used in past is SIB.
