Depending on your small to medium business and what services/products you offer, this time is going to be challenging for all. There are a bunch of things you can do to continue to build loyalty and engage your customers while we all isolate and quarantine.
This is a great time to partner with an expense reduction company to take a look @ your bills and analyze them virtually. Most of this can be done remotely if you have access to your bills, etc. Most of these companies work on commission basis for $’s they save you and are only compensated when you save money. This is a great time to get a deeper understanding of your bills. Before you consider layoffs or location closures, consider connecting with one of these firms.
