Depending on your small to medium business and what services/products you offer, this time during the pandemic is going to be challenging for all. There are a bunch of things you can do to continue to build loyalty and engage your customers while we all isolate and quarantine.

This is a great time to get a deeper understanding of your bills. Before you consider lay-offs or location closures, consider partnering with an expense reduction company to look at your bills and analyze them. Most of this can be done remotely.
