Shannon Copeland joined SIB as Chief Operating Officer in April 2024, and is now the Chief Executive Officer.
As CEO, Shannon oversees operations across SIB with responsibility for driving operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and aligning operations and technology with the company’s strategic objectives. With his guidance, we are confident in our ability to navigate challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth.
He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with 27+ years of experience driving innovation and financial performance primarily in the client services industry. Shannon most recently served as a Managing Director and Partner at Accenture Song where he led their global generative AI efforts for B2B Growth Services. In that role, he also served as the Offering Lead for Accenture’s Digital Inside Sales practice with responsibility for 5,000 employees in more than 10 countries.
Prior to Accenture, Shannon was the COO & CTO for an Atlanta based, private equity-backed firm, N3, that provided outsourced marketing and sales services to multi-national clients. At N3, he was responsible for operations and innovation for over 2,500 employees in more than 40 countries. Shannon also led key strategic client accounts and developed an AI-based agent assist platform that differentiated N3 among its competition and customers. N3 was acquired by Accenture in October 2020.
Additionally, Shannon has 17 awarded patents in the AI space. He also held engineering, consulting and strategic planning positions at Chevron, Deloitte, and Georgia-Pacific respectively.
Shannon holds Engineer’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
