John C. Nolan has been appointed CEO of Sage Management, an SIB company, bringing nearly 20 years of leadership experience from AT&T and Bluebird Network. With a proven track record in managing global operations and multi-billion dollar portfolios, John’s leadership is poised to elevate Sage Management. He has led international access and IoT initiatives, achieved cost reductions, and improved services across more than 200 countries. His expertise in strategic growth and blockchain innovation will guide Sage Management toward exciting new opportunities.

Based in Atlanta, David brings more than 24 years of experience in international finance management for enterprise service and technology companies. Most recently, as CFO of Aptos Retail and previously as CFO of N3 (now part of Accenture), David drove long-term strategic planning and analysis for Aptos’ and N3’s global growth.

Prior to joining N3, David held various financial leadership roles at Verint Systems, a publicly traded provider of customer engagement and cyber intelligence solutions that generate more than a billion dollars in annual revenue. As the company’s Senior Vice President of Finance, he led the budgeting and forecasting process as well as back office integrations for multiple acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he held positions KPMG.

Yu Yang Pei is a growth strategist and marketing leader driving revenue and brand transformation for startups, agencies, and global brands. Previously the Founder of AX10, he partners with VC-backed and PE-backed companies to build scalable marketing functions, optimize acquisition strategies, and drive sustainable growth.

Yu Yang has led rebrands, product launches, and content strategies that have resulted in double-digit revenue growth, improved conversion rates, and operational efficiencies. His expertise spans media strategy, data analytics, and customer lifecycle marketing, with a track record of scaling teams, managing $30MM+ in media spend, and launching high-performing campaigns.

Prior to AX10, he held leadership roles at Equinox, WPP, and Publicis, working with brands like L’Oréal, Samsung, and DailyPay. His work has been featured in Fortune, Axios, Yahoo, and Adweek.

Eric Steele is an accomplished B2B revenue leader, recently serving as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Source Advisors, a premier, global tax consulting firm partnering with CPAs and CFOs to maximize government-sponsored tax credits, deductions, and incentives to unlock cash flow and drive growth. As the company’s first CRO, Eric led the sales, marketing, and client success organizations, steering the firm toward significant growth while establishing transformational change. His vision and leadership were key in cultivating an aligned revenue engine, setting Source Advisors apart in a competitive landscape.

Before his time at Source Advisors, Eric dedicated nearly 15 years to Forrester, a leading global marketing and technology research and advisory firm. At Forrester, he ascended through various sales positions, ultimately leading the U.S. end-user new business organization. His commitment to excellence was recognized with the “Benjamin Villien Award,” a tribute to integrity, client-centric focus, passion, and exemplary people leadership. Eric’s time at Forrester was instrumental in shaping his leadership ethos, centered on clear mission and values, empowering the voice of the employee, and fostering alignment between marketing, sales, and client success to differentiate and win.

Eric’s academic credentials include an MBA with distinction from the Jack Welch Management Institute and an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma.

A Dallas, TX resident, Eric cherishes family life with his wife and their two sons. A passionate Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers fan, Eric is actively involved in coaching his sons’ sports teams and believes his primary job is to be a good Dad.

As an active member of the CRO Collective, Eric continues to influence the realm of revenue leadership, sharing his insights and experiences to inspire others in the field.

John is a strategic HR leader with a proven track record of driving transformative talent strategies in high-growth, private equity-backed organizations. He has successfully partnered with executive teams to scale HR functions, integrate acquisitions, and enhance leadership development, ensuring that people strategies align with business objectives.
As CHRO, John leads the development and execution of HR strategies that drive business growth, strengthen company culture, and enhance talent development. With a focus on employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development, he ensures that SIB attracts, retains, and empowers top talent to achieve its strategic goals.

Before joining SIB, John led the HRBP, Recruiting, and Benefits teams in North America for Cotiviti, a healthcare analytics company. Prior to that, he served as Head of HR for two private equity-owned, middle-market technology companies, SPH Analytics and Bridge2 Solutions.

John holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia.

Shannon Copeland joined SIB as Chief Operating Officer in April 2024, and is now the Chief Executive Officer.

As CEO, Shannon oversees operations across SIB with responsibility for driving operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and aligning operations and technology with the company’s strategic objectives. With his guidance, we are confident in our ability to navigate challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth.

He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with 27+ years of experience driving innovation and financial performance primarily in the client services industry. Shannon most recently served as a Managing Director and Partner at Accenture Song where he led their global generative AI efforts for B2B Growth Services. In that role, he also served as the Offering Lead for Accenture’s Digital Inside Sales practice with responsibility for 5,000 employees in more than 10 countries.  

Prior to Accenture, Shannon was the COO & CTO for an Atlanta based, private equity-backed firm, N3, that provided outsourced marketing and sales services to multi-national clients. At N3, he was responsible for operations and innovation for over 2,500 employees in more than 40 countries. Shannon also led key strategic client accounts and developed an AI-based agent assist platform that differentiated N3 among its competition and customers. N3 was acquired by Accenture in October 2020.

Additionally, Shannon has 17 awarded patents in the AI space. He also held engineering, consulting and strategic planning positions at Chevron, Deloitte, and Georgia-Pacific respectively.

Shannon holds Engineer’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Sachin Patel joined SIB as Chief Technology Officer & AI Lead in June 2024.

As CTO, Sachin oversees global development & architecture, applied AI strategy and provides roadmap leadership to align with the company’s strategic objectives. He will spearhead our initiatives to drive growth, automation and efficiency utilizing innovative AI solutions.

Sachin most recently served as the CTO for the B2B Growth Services offering with Accenture. In that role he led the team that was responsible for building AI enabled technology assets in support of Accenture’s Digital Inside Sales offering consisting of 5,000 employees in more than 10 countries.

Prior to Accenture, Sachin was the Vice President of Technology for an Atlanta based, private equity-backed firm, N3, that provided outsourced marketing and sales services to multi-national clients. At N3, he was responsible for technology and business intelligence for over 2,500 employees in more than 40 countries. Sachin also led the developed efforts of an AI-based agent assist platform that differentiated N3 among its competition and customers. N3 was acquired by Accenture in October 2020.

Sachin is a highly seasoned leader who brings extensive experience in technology leadership, innovation, and leading global development teams to success. He has 25 years of experience in the client services industry. Sachin holds a Computer Science degree from Clemson University.

Ken Boggs is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in both military and corporate environments. He currently serves as the Global Delivery Officer at SIB. In his previous role as VP of Strategy & Operations at Accenture, a Fortune Global 500 IT services company, Ken led a $1.2B+ enterprise solutions business. He worked closely with global teams to drive operational excellence and lead transformational initiatives. His leadership was instrumental in strategic planning, budget management, and developing high-performing teams, all while fostering a culture focused on efficiency and collaboration.

Previously, Ken served as Program Director at Orbital ATK, managing a portfolio of defense projects. His leadership style, honed through years of military service, including key roles in the US Army and the West Virginia National Guard, emphasizes teamwork, risk management, and continuous improvement. Ken holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University.

Ken is also actively involved in supporting military personnel and veterans, having served as a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army and contributing to local economic development initiatives. His strategic insight and commitment to service define his approach to leadership and innovation.

Ken’s most treasured time is spent with his wife and two children.  Most weekends he is cheering on a cross-country race, track and field competition or taking in the breathtaking views along the New River in West Virginia.
