Claire Patterson

VP of Strategy

Claire Patterson joined SIB in January 2020. She has over a decade of experience in business services management, specializing in customer service and product management. At SIB, Claire has embraced multiple roles and tasks to gain a thorough understanding of the organization from both the client and the associate perspectives. In her current role as VP of Strategy she is responsible for driving a cohesive vision of SIB’s strategy across all business units, leveraging her extensive background to enhance organizational alignment and strategic execution.

Before SIB Claire served in many different roles at CEB, now Gartner. Following Gartner’s acquisition of CEB, Claire played a key role in the seamless knowledge transfer of the Member Support Center’s department to offshore operations. While at Gartner she served as the Business Service lead for the Customer Service & Support product suite. Her leadership was crucial in building the service organization responsible for client retention and value delivery.
