Erin Scheffer

VP of Human Resources

Erin came on board in May 2022 as VP of Human Resources for SIB Holdings, the parent company to SIB Fixed Cost Reduction. In this role, Erin manages all HR functions for SIB’s business units, including recruiting, employee evaluation and development, benefits and compliance.

Erin has over 25 years of progressive HR management experience, much of it in the technology space and with start-ups or “emerging” businesses. She was instrumental in developing the recruiting program at Blackbaud and building the HR function at Belimed. Most recently, she was a Group Benefits Advisor for HUB International. Erin earned her B.S. in Finance from Saint Vincent College.
