Darren Misar

General Counsel

Darren Misar has spent more than 10 years guiding executive teams from a diverse set of industries, including real estate, telecom, retail distribution and biotechnology. Darren joined SIB in July 2017 as General Counsel and is responsible for all legal aspects of the company, including contract negotiation, risk mitigation and executive counsel.

Prior to joining SIB, Darren held corporate counsel roles with World Wireless and Virginia Industries Real Estate. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont, his MBA from Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire and his JD from Wake Forest University School of Law.
