What is the case?
Two dealer management system (DMS) providers, CDK and Reynolds & Reynolds, have been charged with conspiracy to eliminate competition, causing auto dealers to pay more than they should for DMS and data integration services (DIS).

Who is affected?
1) Auto dealers (and those engaged in the retail sales of automobiles) who purchased DMS from Reynolds & Reynolds and/or CDK between January 1, 2015 and October 23, 2018.

2) Those engaged in the sale of software solutions to auto dealerships that purchase DIS from Reynolds & Reynolds and/or CDK from April 9, 2014 to the present.
