All persons and entities who purchased pork directly from any “Defendant” (listed below) or any co-conspirator, or their respective subsidiaries or affiliates for use or delivery in the United States on or after January 1, 2009.

Agri Stats, Inc.; Clemens Food Group, LLC and The Clemens Family Corporation; Hormel Foods Corporation and Hormel Foods, LLC; Indiana Packers Corporation; JBS USA Food Company and JBS USA Food Company Holdings (collectively, “JBS”); Mitsubishi Corporation (Americas); Seaboard Foods, LLC; Smithfield Foods, Inc.; Triumph Foods, LLC; and Tyson Foods, Inc., Tyson Prepared Foods, Inc., and Tyson Fresh Meats, Inc.
